A musical no-prize is available to anyone who gets one. If no guesses are forthcoming, I'll reveal the band names to give you a bit of help. :-)
Update: It seems a hint or two is necessary.
2. I thought this was the easiest - shows how much I know! It's a riff from the chaps who pretty much defined Heavy Metal - Black Sabbath. So, the song is... ?
3. They are not exactly a one hit wonder but if I tell you the band name, it will be too easy. Here's a hint to song title - think of the last time Richard Whiteley and Carol Vorderman appeared together in a Channel 4 quiz show. Some people thought it would be...

First one's Eye of the Tiger.
Yes! The first no-prize goes to jpdaly. Number 1 is indeed "Eye Of The Tiger" :-)
Anyone else want to play?
No. 4 Whole lotta Rosie ?
No. 2: La Villa Strangiato ?
@simple_alan also guessed Whole Lotta Rosie via Twitter because for some reason he couldn't leave a comment on Blogger.
No 5 is Smoke on the Water, and No 2 is ... is ... on the tip of my tung tung tung
Got it! No 3 is Rihanna - Live Your Life
Well done Aileen. Number 5 is "Smoke On The Water".
However, you've let yourself down by guessing Rihanna for number 3!
But try Rihanna on No.3 - it totally works! (Unless you're too old to know the song, of course ...)
Hello GeoBlogs
That's odd... thought I'd already posted a yes to your Whole Lotta Rosie guess and a no to Rush. I even remember congratulating you on astutely picking a track from my favourite band but saying none of the five were from Rush. However, if I did make a comment, it's disappeared.
Hello Aileen
It's not Rihanna. Just let it go and move on. :-)
Is no.2 Pinball Wizard? (Can you tell this quiz is bugging me?)
Nope, not Pinball Wizard. I can see a hint is necessary. :-)
Europe's FInal Countdown
And the sabbath one could be the bit between the verses in paranoid?
It seems fitting the jpdaly got the first and the last answers. :-)
Yes, it was the "Final Countdown" and and "Paranoid". Interestingly, Jaye Richards got "Paranoid" on Twitter at exactly the same time you got it here. She had an initial guess at "Iron Man" before changing her mind minutes later to get it right. If only she had got it right first time, you would have been pipped at the post. Ads it is, I declare a tie for the last right answer. :-)
